Ok...so I have a dilemma!
I have a relationship in Indianapolis, that could be the doorway to millions with an M. At this point we know there is a door.
KTXS just called me back, and I turned down the offer of Full Time Editor, because they weren't offering enough peanuts. They then called back a second time, crunching peanuts under the GM's orders.
What would you do?

The Real World - A follow up to 'If You Had Nothing...'
The following excerpt got me thinking...If you answered(A), rich dad would say you are programmed to be an employee.
(B) he would say you were programmed to be an entrepreneur.
(C) rich dad would say you were programmed to be an investor and entrepreneur.
Rich dad also said, "Most people are programmed from birth to go and look for a job. In fact they go to school to reinforce that programming. If you want to be able to respond with the latter two answers, you will need a different form of education, a form of education he called education for the reall world.
"Most think they do," says rich dad, "but if the truth be told, most people today do their best to hide from the real world."..."There are many ways people hide from the real world...other than job security. Most people today spend their lives running from sanctuary to sanctuary, sanctuaries that protect them from the real world. For example, many people leave the sanctuary of home, and go to the sanctuary of college. After graduation, many run to the sanctuary of a job or profession. If they get married, then they create a sanctuary for their family, and the process continues with people running from safe sanctuary to safe sanctuary. When people lose their job, they often dust off their resume and run in search of another sanctuary...or if they get divorced, many run in search of another person to create a home sanctuary with."Do I have the courage to face the real world?

BLOODY HAYEL!
We have been watching the entire season of So You Think You Can Dance...every episode, twice a week...and tonight was the Big Cahuna, the Show Grande, the Giant Enchilada, the Grand Finale...all the dancing is over, Kat Deeley takes the stage and invites the final two, Sabra and Danny to join her. The music turns suspenseful, the lights dim...Erica's biting her nails...
and then Dish Network loses a transponder!
We missed the last 8 minutes of the season.
Thanks to the Internet, we were able to find out who won - Sabra - via a forum, but no video - yet - This is TEK-NOL-OGIE!

If You Had Nothing...
If you had nothing...no money, no work, no food, no shelter...
What would you do?
A. "I'd find a job to make a few dollars."
B. "I'd look for a business opportunity and build or buy a business."
C. "I'd find an investment and then look for investors."

The Doors
Back in 2006, when Christ For The Nations Institute in Dallas first accepted me for college, their word for me was Rev 3:7-8.
This morning at church, 10 years later, the Holy Spirit spoke it to my heart again, and he also reminded me of occasions over the last 10 years that the doors were pivotal in my direction.
These are some of the DOORS:
I did not marry Charity.
I did not kill myself.
I was able to go to the Art Institute of Dallas, to study full time in Video Production.
I married Erica Pangburn.
The doors to work in Chicago were closed.
The door to move to Clyde was opened.
I accepted a position at KTXS-TV in Abilene.
We did not buy the house on Arch Street.
We did buy the house on Race Street.
I surrendered my position at KTXS due to a 'lost' letter from immigration.
I started Silhouette Cinematography.
I took a part time position at KTXS, working 4:30am-9:00am.
I took an opportunity to work at Lowe's, half a day a week.
This opportunity turns into 2 Lowe's stores.
The Door closes on a VW.
A Door opens to a BMW.
The Door closes to a Full Time Job at KTXS as commercial editor, despite 5 years of equity with them, 4 of which were in the same department.
I do have a Door , in the Real Estate Industry. Please join with me in prayer on this!
Mark 11:23
" Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.
I was wondering...
What is my point?
I am proud to be English, and proud to reside in Clyde America. I am husband to Erica of 5 years, and father of none. I have a Father, a Mother, a Brother, a dog, a cat, a job, a business, an opportunity, a chance to live, a chance to give, a choice to be free or a choice to be secure. I like good food and I am partial to British Beer. I am not survived by anyone!
